Cost Reduction Planning
The Cost Reduction Plan would consist of a full hospital audit to determine the next steps to ensure savings throughout the fiscal year. A two-month review and detailed plan would be provided.
Cost Management
The Cost Management Plan would include ongoing weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly services outlined in the Cost Reduction Action Plan
